MEET CAROLYN

Carolyn Wheeler-Garcia is a seasoned psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping clients navigate difficult emotional and relational challenges.   My partner and I have had significant relationship problems stemming from both sides. We both come from traumatic upbringings and have had to work through deep rooted trust and control issues. Our relationship is now blossoming from something that never should have survived thanks to Carolyn. She has given us the tools to communicate our needs to each other and to “see process instead of content.” Our son will now know his parents under one roof and we couldn’t be happier about that.
